About the original

Lapis Lazuli is a painting about material wealth and success. We see a businesswoman showing an expensive ring worn over one of her gloves. The buckle refers to her line of profession. She’s a fintech company leader on Wall Street. The belts over her white collar shirt refer to those worn during the Civil War.
